Located 7 miles south of U-14 and approximately 5 miles from Navajo Lake on the North Fork road. The elevation of Navajo Lake Estates is 9,100 feet. This subdivision has views of Zion National Park and the pink cliffs that radiate our area. This area is considered more remote, power is by generator or solar and you haul your own water. As a rule the road around the lake is accessible from the end of May through Oct; another access is from the south on HWY 9. Winter access is by snowmobile. "When the campsites are full your spot will always be ready." There is not an HOA in this area and roads are maintained by the property owner. This area is not connected to the ATV trail system however ATVs are allowed on the dirt road outside of the National Forest.
