The subdivision is located approximately 7 miles south of Navajo Lake and is one of our more remote subdivisions. Lots range from .5 to 5 acre parcel and wooded with pine, aspen, oak, pinion and juniper trees. Several parcels also include meadows with views of pink outcroppings that are so well known in this area. The scenic road from U-14 takes you south past Navajo Lake and ends up at Hwy 9; from there you are approximately 2 miles from the east entrance into Zion National Park. The North Fork road has access to the 30 mile Virgin Rim Trail” and also leads you to the starting of the famous "Zion Narrow Trail." The Zion Narrow Trail is a 17 mile hike that ends up in Zion National Park. A permit is required for this hike and is obtained through the park service. Power in this area would be by generator or solar and you haul water to your property. "When the campsites are full your spot will always be ready." There is not an HOA in this area and roads are maintained by the property owner. This area is not connected to the ATV trail system however ATVs are allowed on the dirt road outside of the National Forest.
