Zion View Mountain Estates is located 3 miles east of Duck Creek Village, then 7 miles south on Strawberry Valley road. It is a pleasant 7 mile drive through the National Forest viewing all the wildlife that roam this area. Zion View Mountain Estate is often referred to as Strawberry Point and has some of the best viewed lots on the mountain. The area is fairly level with some rolling hills, and nicely wooded with tall aspen and pine trees. Access is seasonal, power is by generator or by solar. A year round water system is available through the Kane County Water Conservancy District. Some property owners have purchased a water meter, other lots owners have not although a buyer can obtain the water system by contacting the Kane County Water Conservancy District.
